Danielson National Insurance Company
Danielson National Insurance Company is a subsidiary of National American Insurance
Company of California (NAICC), who is owned by Danielson Holding Corporation. Danielson
Holding Corporation has a market capitalization of over $1.0 Billion and is a publicly held
company listed on the American Stock Exchange.
NAICC writes nonowner coverages; Danielson National writes coverages for drivers who own vehicles.

Ocean Harbor Casualty Insurance Company, based in Tallahassee, Florida, began writing nonstandard
