Hudson Insurance Group is the brand name for OdysseyRe's U.S. Insurance Division.

Hudson Insurance Group specializes in primary and excess insurance coverages underwritten through Hudson Programs and Hudson Healthcare. They provide admitted and non-admitted insurance through Hudson Insurance Company, Clearwater Insurance Company and Hudson Specialty Insurance Company, all rated "A" (Excellent) by A.M. Best Company.

OdysseyRe is a leading worldwide underwriter of property and casualty reinsurance and specialty insurance with over $1.75 billion in policyholders' surplus as of March 31, 2005.

National American Insurance Company of California (NAICC) Danielson National Insurance Company

Danielson National Insurance Company is a subsidiary of National American Insurance Company of California (NAICC), who is owned by Danielson Holding Corporation. Danielson Holding Corporation has a market capitalization of over $1.0 Billion and is a publicly held company listed on the American Stock Exchange.

NAICC and Danielson National write coverages for drivers who own vehicles. Both NAICC and Danielson National focus exclusively on California non-standard personal auto.

Ocean Harbor Casualty Insurance Company

Ocean Harbor Casualty Insurance Company, based in Tallahassee, Florida, began writing nonstandard automobile policies in 1992. Their policyholder surplus as of June 2005 was $26 million. They write private passenger automobile minimum limits of liability, along with physical damage coverages in Florida and in California.
