Response Indemnity Company of California

Response Indemnity Insurance Company of California (RICC) is a California-domiciled property and casualty insurance company and a member of the Fortegra Financial, Inc. family of companies. Fortegra is a New York Stock Exchange listed company based in Jacksonville, FL. The company's product lines include private passenger automobile coverage, collateral protection, credit property primarily on consumer goods and other programs. These insurance products are primarily distributed through general agents.

National General Insurance Group.

National General Insurance Group is a specialty personal lines company and is one of the largest automobile insurers in the United States. National General Insurance Group, through its eleven insurance subsidiaries and other affiliated companies, offers property and casualty products, including personal auto, RV, motorcycle and commercial auto as well as accident and supplemental health insurance products.

Ocean Harbor Casualty Insurance Company

Ocean Harbor Casualty Insurance Company, based in Tallahassee, Florida, began writing nonstandard automobile policies in 1992. Their policyholder surplus as of June 2005 was $26 million. They write private passenger automobile minimum limits of liability, along with physical damage coverages in Florida and in California.
